History
Since Charles E. Dooley founded the funeral home in 1913, the Dooley family has strived to serve and support the people of our communities. From the days of the three-day home-wake to the present we have provided the highest quality of service for all our clients. Throughout the tenures of Charles and Elizabeth Dooley, of Charles Jr. and Frank Dooley, of Joseph F. and Frank Dooley Jr., and of Charles and Angela Dooley, the Dooley Family has been dedicated to community organizations, local government, youth sports, scouting and other community programs.
The funeral home was founded in 1913 by Charles E. Dooley in a house that stood on the same location as the current funeral home. During this time it was still common for people to have visitation in their own homes, as a result much of our work was done in locations around the area.
